Ballet And Dance Birthday Parties

Have a birthday party with The Hartt School Community Division! Enjoy a dance class led by a trained teacher, and participate in crafts, games and activities. Then continue the fun in our party room with space for your decorations, cake and presents!

Ballet parties are designed for children ages 3 - 8. We also offer parties with hip hop and broadway themes for tweens and teens ages 9 - 13. All our parties are customizeable for your child's interests and needs. Evening and weekend times are available.

Your 2 Hour Dance Birthday Party Includes:

  • 45 minute dance class with a Hartt Community Division Dance Department Faculty Member.
  • Dance Stories, Crafts, Ballerina Dress-up and/or Ballet Games (as age and gender appropriate), led by our Party Coordinator.
  • Use of a room and table for cake and presents.
  • Coupons for each guest to receive one free dance class at The Hartt School Community Division location of their choice.
  • Personalized nametags for each dancer.

No dance experience is necessary. Dance attire welcome, but not required. Children may attend in loose, comfortable clothing and ballet/jazz shoes or bare feet. Outside food and drink are welcome; cakes, food, drinks, paper goods and decorations are not included. Pizza parlors are conveniently located near both our Hartford and Simsbury locations.

Costs

Parties start at $120.00 (minimum of 6 children). The charge for additional guests is $10.00/child (maximum of 12 children). Discounts are available for University of Hartford faculty and staff.
