Children & Youth Dance Programs

Dance can be a fun and exciting activity for younger students. It combines athleticism with art in an interesting and meaningful way. Students learn coordination and confidence while spending time with others their own age.

We offer a wide variety of classes for ages 3 - 14. Current listings can be found below. Tuition information for our classes is available here.

The Community Division Dance Department will be holding all 2009-2010 classes at the new Mort & Irma Performing Arts Center, located at the corner of Albany Avenue and Westbourne Parkway in Hartford and at Simsmore Square in Simsbury.

Interested students or parents can contact the Dance Department by email or by calling 860-768-6000 for more information or to register for classes. Registration materials are also available below.
